Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Professional Pathways Teacher to join our team during term time. The successful candidate will provide intensive performing arts training, helping young students develop fundamental skills and techniques necessary for a future in the arts.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Professional Pathways Teacher to join our team on Saturdays and/or Sundays during term time. The successful candidate will provide intensive performing arts training, helping young students develop fundamental skills and techniques necessary for a future in the arts.

Working Hours:

  • Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Age 6 to 9, School Year 2 to 4)
  • Sundays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Age 9 to 11, School Year 5 to 6)

Hourly Rate: £25-30 per hour depending on experience

Location: London North Film Studios, Mill Hill, NW7 1RP

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in performing arts, with a strong background in jazz, ballet, drama, and singing.
  • Previous teaching experience, particularly with children aged 6 to 11, is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of performing arts techniques and the ability to convey this knowledge effectively to young students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young students.
  • Strong organistional and time-management skills.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in performing arts is preferred.
  • A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
