En tant qu’ingénieur en fabrication, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le maintien de l’excellence technique des produits aérospatiaux civils. En collaborant étroitement avec les partenaires OEM, vous améliorerez les processus d’ingénierie, favoriserez l’optimisation des coûts et assurerez les normes de qualité et de performance les plus élevées.
LE RÔLE :
-
Favoriser l’optimisation des coûts en gérant les spécifications techniques.

Effectuer des analyses de défaillance et de défaut pour minimiser les coûts liés à la non-qualité.
-
Résoudre rapidement les problèmes techniques spécifiques aux types de moteurs, y compris la disposition des matériaux non conformes.
-
Enquêter sur les écarts de performance dans les produits aérospatiaux civils dans les limites des moteurs.
-
Développer des programmes de gestion des moteurs et optimiser les coûts du cycle de vie des moteurs.
-
Gérer la documentation technique et le contrôle des changements de processus.
-
Agir en tant que lien entre la production, la chaîne d’approvisionnement et les parties prenantes de la navigabilité.
QUALIFICATIONS :
-
Baccalauréat en génie mécanique.
-
Éligible ou membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

Démonstration d’un haut niveau d’autonomie et d’initiative.

Bilingue en anglais et français

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the technical excellence of Civil Aerospace products. Collaborating closely with OEM partners, you’ll enhance engineering processes, drive cost optimization, and ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.
THE ROLE:

Drive cost optimization by managing technical specifications.

Conduct failure and defect analysis to minimize non-quality costs.
-
Resolve technical issues specific to engine types promptly, including non-conforming material disposition.

Investigate performance discrepancies in Civil Aerospace products within engine limitations.

Develop Engine Management Programs and optimize engine life cycle costs.
-
Manage technical documentation and process change control.
-
Act as a liaison between production, supply chain, and airworthiness stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Eligible for or member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.

Demonstrated high level of autonomy and initiative.

Bilingual in English and French
