What will your typical day look like?
As a Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in advising and leading the marketing strategy and execution of campaigns for the Generative AI portfolio. You will drive forward key marketing campaigns aligned to the business objectives in context of Deloitte’s positioning in the market. You will work in close collaboration with our internal clients and in-house Agency and Digital teams to: develop integrated marketing campaigns; create campaign briefs; manage project deliverables; communicate status updates; ensure campaigns are on schedule and on budget; and report on campaign’s effectiveness.
About the team
Deloitte’s Marketing team is looking for an experienced individual to join the team on a one-year contract as a Marketing Manager, Generative AI. The Marketing team consists of approximately 180 people across Canada, spanning four groups: Brand & Positioning, Field Marketing, Marketing Technology, and the creative Agency. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Manager is energetic and driven and will help oversee the marketing strategy, management and reporting of Deloitte’s Generative AI efforts. You will be expected to regularly collaborate with the broader marketing group and cross-functional teams.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum 6 years of marketing experience – ideally in B2B marketing – with a focus on campaign development, management and reporting (including events, conferences, sponsorships, digital marketing, and thoughtware)
- Demonstrated experience managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs, including ROI and campaign effectiveness reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills with multiple levels of leadership, including experience developing and presenting marketing plans to senior leaders
- Strong budget planning, organizational and problem-solving skills – comfortable in managing multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
- Demonstrated skills as a team player by leading through trust and professional respect, including demonstrated evidence of people coaching and working with virtual teams and remote resources across multiple time zones
- Interest in and awareness on emerging technology would be ideal
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 – $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
