Job Description
Cafe OTO provides a home for creative new music that exists outside of the mainstream. We are currently looking for full-time Evening Manager who is passionate and knowledgeable about new music.
Since we opened in 2008, Cafe OTO has developed an international reputation for hosting adventurous live music seven nights a week. Whoever takes this role will play an essential part in helping us host and deliver that programme, and will be the primary face and front of house representing Cafe OTO to audience and performers alike.
Job Requirements
We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate:
- Knowledge and interest in a broad range of underground and experimental music.
- Knowledge and understanding of Cafe OTO’s mission, its history and the context in which it operates.
- Experience in managing small teams of people.
- Experience of hospitality and live events.
