Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Hayes,
West London. The core purpose of this role is to produce high-quality video content for the Darbar Player app,
YouTube channel, social media platforms, and marketing trailers that captivate audiences and promote
Darbar’s mission and offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a deep understanding of
storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Job Requirements
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor or similar role, preferably in arts, culture, or creative
industries.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Excellent understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for digital distribution.
Experience in creating content for apps, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles and high-quality work.
Technical Expertise:
o Utilise Adobe Premiere Pro video editing software to produce polished content.
o Implement color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance the overall
production value.
Quality Control:
o Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand guidelines across all video content.
