On August 1, 2018, Zhejiang University and the Ningbo Municipal People’s Government signed an agreement to jointly build Zhejiang University, Ningbo. With the support of Zhejiang University’s high-quality school-running resources, Zhejiang University, Ningbo aims at the needs of Ningbo’s economic and social development, and provides intellectual and human support for regional development.

Zhejiang University, Ningbo features a high-level, research-oriented, international campus that integrates research and technology transfer, in addition to regular undergraduate and postgraduate education.
