Apply now!Responsibilities:Facilitate or guide a software development product using Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles focusing on improving team effectiveness.Leads discussions and decision making and assists in mediation of conflict resolution under limited supervision from more senior scrum masters.Demonstrates expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements from project stakeholders.Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.Required Qualifications:Current Secret level clearance.Expertise in one or more programming languages.Ability to apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.Bachelor’s degree – Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.Original Posting Date: 2024-10-10While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range: Pay Range $65,000.00 – $117,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
