Employee Health in San Luis Obispo, California

Description

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our clients Employee Health department. This role is primarily focused on uploading information into our system and ensuring that all records are properly maintained and organized. This role is onsite in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the uploading of healthcare information into our system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide organizational support to ensure the smooth running of the health department.

• Handle and resolve health-related inquiries from employees and other stakeholders.

• Monitor employee health records and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with other team members to support overall employee health objectives.

• Contribute to the improvement of health information management systems and processes.

• Ensure timely communication regarding employee health matters within the organization.

• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous office experience required

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Basic understanding of employee health processes in a hospital setting is a plus

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Previous admin experience in a medical or hospital setting is required.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
