We’re seeking an HR Generalist to enhance the human resources team for a company in Dothan, AL. This role is crucial for ensuring their HR practices align with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace. You will work a part-time schedule Monday – Thursday with flexible hours and generous compensation of $22.00 per hour.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR guidance and ensure compliance with regulations (OSHA, DOL, EEOC, FMLA, etc.).
• Conduct HR audits and maintain compliance programs.
• Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and training for new hires.
• Generate HR metrics and analyze trends to drive improvements.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and benefit inquiries.
• Collaborate with finance on payroll and benefits processing.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR or payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
