Job Summary Job Summary The Coordinator of ELP enhances the educational experience of at-promise youth by building teacher capacity and deepening understanding of effective instructional practices. This role focuses on improving student outcomes through fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment through modeling, co-planning, and serving as a curriculum and instructional strategy resource. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience with a proven record of effective instruction with English Language Learners.

Proven experience in instructional coaching, mentoring, professional development, or a related leadership role is preferred.

Experience working with opportunity youth student population preferred
