What is the job about?
Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company. Responsible for designated business area – Pharma/Chemical Industry South Asia -Singapore
Your main responsibilities
- Realize individual sales target in assigned area.
- Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Maintain existing customers and dealers base and assist in developing plans, budget and promotional activities.
- Identification and development of vertical lead in Pharma/Chemical with the potential to use Grundfos products & services.
- Ensure full collaboration with customer service and service to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve agreed marketing goals that align with commercial priorities, sales volumes and contribution targets.
- Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool; Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines; Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.

Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelors in Engineering, Environment engineering, Mechanical, Chemical engineering combined with at least 3 years of relevant experience in industry products.
- Successful track of customer development and management as salesperson.
- Technical background in water treatment will be beneficial.
- Experience of working in a Key Account / handle direct end user role is beneficial.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Great stakeholder management skills – across regions, borders and on all levels.
