  • Knowledge Management for Programmes is ensured.
  • Programme Development and Management is effective.
  • Optimum Use of Program Funds is effective.
  • Monitoring &Evaluation plan is developed and conducted. The M&E system will ensure the quality of data through regular programme and data quality assurance (DQA) visits. The DQAs will include the periodic verification of data and sources. After both programme and DQA visits, partners and other staff will be briefed on corrective actions to be implemented.
  • Reports to the donor will document progress towards expected results and address any challenges in implementation and mitigation plans.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

Education: 

  • Advanced university degree in one of the following fields is required: Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field.

Work Experience: 

  • A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional work experience at the national or international level in programme/project development, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and administration.
  • At least, 2 years of Field work experience in complex settings and experience in emergency response management is an asset.
  • The context requires working flexibility and competency to adapt to multiple operational constraints in a volatile and unpredictable context.

Language Requirements: 

  • Fluency in Korean, English and French is required.
