Investment Banking Analyst – TMTCountry: United States of AmericaEssential Functions/Responsibility Statements:Provides support to senior bankers.Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis, and drafting.Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis.Assist senior bankers on client coverage initiatives.Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.Work closely and help train analysts.Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.Qualifications:

The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.Base Pay RangeMinimum: $82,500.00 USDMaximum: $125,000.00 USD
