Description

We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Healthcare Representative in Toledo Ohio. The Healthcare Representative will work onsite at the University of Toledo Medical Center. The Healthcare Representative will be primarily responsible for patient screening for Medicaid Programs and Financial Assistance eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient screenings at bedside to determine eligibility for Medicaid Programs and/or Financial Assistance provided by the Hospital.

• Ensure thorough and accurate screening processes to provide the best assistance to patients.

• Maintain a strong customer service focus, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations in the ED and IP departments.

• Utilize your skills in Customer Service, Medical Coverage, and HealthCare.gov to effectively perform your role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients and healthcare providers.
