Provides excellent customer service by greeting patients, answering phones, checking in patients, collecting copayments, directing patient concerns to the appropriate person while maintaining a courteous professional demeanor. Contributes to the financial goals of the office by collecting payment, maintaining schedules to the fullest potential, assuring pretreatment estimates are signed and discussed with patient. Maintain clinical schedules by inputting appointments, maintaining wait lists, registering new patients, updating patient information and verify insurance.

Required Skills

High School diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred and 1-3 years of work experience.
