How can you make a difference? 

purpose of post : Under the general supervision of the Planning monitoring and Evaluation Specialist NOC, provide a wide range of operational and administrative support activities to the unit

Main activities:

  • Monitoring System for outputs
  • Field Monitoring including third party monitoring system
  • Programme Performance Monitoring 
  • M&E Capacity Building
  • Communication, Partnerships and Knowledge Management

Minimum requirements:

Education :

  • A University degree in social sciences, computer science, development planning/economics, advanced statistics or related fields is required.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of professional work experience in programme development and monitoring activities.
  • One instance of exposure to emergency programming, including preparedness planning.
  • Active involvement in a humanitarian crisis response programme preferred

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language or local language of the duty station is considered as an asset.
