About the Role:

The Medical Director will lead the medical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and professional growth for the team. This position requires a dedicated leader with expertise in Regenerative Medicine, Alternative Wellness, Medical Aesthetics, or Primary Care.

The Medical Director will prescribe medications and supplements, oversee treatments, develop protocols, and play a vital role in expanding the services. While training is provided on the current service offerings, the ideal candidate will bring a proactive, forward-thinking approach to help innovate and grow the center’s wellness portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all medical treatments and procedures to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Prescribe medications and supplements tailored to individual patient needs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain medical protocols and policies.
• Provide consultations on complex cases and new clients to create personalized treatment plans.
• Lead and mentor medical staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and professional standards.
• Stay informed about advancements in medical aesthetics and wellness to introduce new services.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in the state of Montana or eligible for licensure as one of the following:
• Physician Assistant (PA)
• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Medical Doctor (MD)
• Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
• Valid DEA number.
• Proven experience in Regenerative Medicine, Alternative Wellness, Medical Aesthetics, or Primary Care.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A patient-centered mindset with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

Schedule:

• Part-Time: Wednesday – Friday, 12 PM to 6 PM.
• Growth Potential: Opportunity to transition into a full-time, 40-hour workweek (Monday – Friday) based on demand and your availability.
