MES Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) – Pharma & Biotech Solutions

Your role in our team

• As a member of our global application support team at vendor level, you will contribute your expertise to troubleshooting issues in the production environments of our pharma and biotech customers
• You will work closely with other support teams and our product development team to identify and resolve vulnerabilities
• At the same time, you are in exchange with our product development to improve our product design in order to continuously improve system stability and resilience

Your profile

• You have in-depth knowledge of complex IT applications and platforms (e.g. MES, CRM,…)
• You enjoy supporting complex applications on modern infrastructures Terms such as Kubernetes, Oracle, Postgres and Linux are no foreign words to you
• The satisfaction of our customers is your top priority, and you keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• You are fascinated by the dynamic and innovative world of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Your goal is to understand its complexity and apply your skills and knowledge at a leading international company
• Independent and goal-oriented work is a matter of course for you. You know that reliable processes are the key to consistent quality
• You communicate easily with international customers in English and can communicate with colleagues in German
• You are a team player and value the exchange of knowledge
