Summary of Requirements

The OSCE plans to conduct a one-day 3rd National Conference on Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW) on 25 November 2025 (Event 1) and a half-day Governance Board Meeting on 26 November 2025 (Event 2) in Kyiv, Ukraine. The events will host representatives from relevant Ukrainian authorities, international partners, subject-matter experts, and the OSCE project team.
