The role
You own the full funnel and define how the business scales its customer base in the next phase of global growth. You run core acquisition channels like a high-performance machine while building what’s next through structured experimentation. You drive revenue targets across Meta, Google, influencers, and affiliates, and set the foundation for the next frontier of performance media.
You collaborate closely with Creative to shape testing roadmaps, messaging strategy, and content formats that convert. You lead and develop a strong team of media buyers and channel leads, ensuring growth is fast, efficient, and built to last.
What you’ll do:
- Set and optimize aggressive revenue and CAC targets across paid and affiliate channels;
- Own global budget allocation and channel mix based on performance signals;
- Lead structured experimentation and scale winning acquisition strategies;
- Manage and develop a high-performing performance marketing team;
- Drive forecasting, reporting, and revenue planning across markets.
You won’t:
- Optimize for vanity metrics instead of revenue and contribution margin;
- Spread budget evenly instead of allocating based on performance;
- Delegate accountability for results.
How you’ll succeed

What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years leading paid media in DTC, with experience scaling international markets;
- Deep expertise managing 8-figure budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms;
- Strong experience with influencer and affiliate performance models;
- Advanced analytics skills; fluent in tools such as Looker, GA, and attribution systems;
- Proven ability to design and scale A/B and multivariate testing programs;
- Experience building and leading high-performing performance teams;
- You want your impact measured in revenue, efficiency, and scale.
