Eucolait is a dynamic non-profit association based in Brussels, representing the interests of European companies trading dairy products. Our role is to “keep the milk moving” without undue barriers to trade. We advise members on relevant regulatory, policy and market developments and bring the dairy trading community together through our renowned events. Eucolait organises 4 conferences annually, including our General Assembly taking place in a different European city every year and attended by around 300 participants.
We are currently looking for an Events & Office Manager to complete our team of 4 as soon as possible.
Main responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office;
- Managing the logistical and administrative aspects of all Eucolait events from A to Z: planning, venue choices, negotiation of contracts with suppliers, registrations, ensuring smooth execution;
- Bookkeeping & invoicing;
- Maintaining the Eucolait database and website;
- Travel arrangements;
- Administrative and organisational support.
Profile
- University or equivalent degree in a relevant field;
- Self-driven, ability to work efficiently and independently as part of a small team;
- Curious and eager to learn;
- Outstanding organisational, communication and IT skills, with an eye for detail;
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant professional experience;
- Excellent command of English and French and possibly knowledge of other languages.
