As a Marketing Director, you will lead our marketing and communication activities across two distinct, high-stakes industries: Life Sciences and Energy.

We are seeking a true “player-coach” – a strategic powerhouse who can design a three-year roadmap in the morning and help the team polish a LinkedIn post or fix a website CTA in the afternoon. You will ensure our global brand remains cohesive while giving each sector the specialized, tactical attention it requires to thrive. If you want to have a tangible impact, this role is for you!

What you’ll do

  • Strategy: Define a strong marketing and branding strategy aligned with our value proposition, increase market awareness (in US for instance), and implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy with structured execution;
  • Brand Guardianship: Maintain a unified “N-SIDE” brand identity while allowing for sector-specific messaging that resonates with vastly different buyer personas;
  • Demand Generation & Growth: Work closely with Sales and Product leads to support growth across a focused set of strategic accounts and market players. Oversee the creation of high-level thought leadership, such as white papers, webinars, and case studies;
  • Product Marketing & Positioning: Manage dedicated positioning, differentiation, and sales enablement per solution. Execute a clear positioning strategy regarding AI to position N-SIDE as a technology innovator against key competitors;
  • Resource Allocation: Balance the marketing needs of our Life Sciences and Energy units, smartly allocating a lean budget to prioritize high-growth opportunities;
  • Operational Execution: Organize N-SIDE Connect events, execute conference participation strategies, monitor market trends, and implement customer segmentation. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Product teams to support key priority accounts with tailored marketing campaigns;
  • “Hands-on” Leadership: Lead and empower a T-shaped & agile marketing team, jumping into the trenches on event coordination, content review, and digital campaign execution whenever necessary;
  • Sector Discovery & Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong appetite to discover, learn, and deeply understand the intricacies, emerging trends, and distinct challenges of both the Life Sciences and Energy sectors we operate in.

About you

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a strategic architect who isn’t afraid to pick up a toolset. We are looking for a rare blend of high-level vision and operational “grit.”

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business;
  • You have 8+ years of experience in a B2B Tech environment (Account-based Marketing strategy) with a priority on customer intimacy;
  • You bring proven people management experience, knowing how to mentor a diverse team and to use them to their best potential;
  • You take initiatives, you are fully autonomous and a real strategy architect;
  • You are a highly organized coordinator and project manager who thrives on efficiency and pragmatism;
  • Communication: You have the unique ability to distill complex, high-math concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with our key personas;
  • Versatility: You are at home in the boardroom but equally energized by the “doing.” You can pivot from high-level resource allocation to fixing a landing page without losing your stride;
  • You actively keep up with AI trends and are excited to strategically position our technological innovation;
  • You are genuinely curious about Energy and Life Sciences;
  • You possess native or professional fluency in English
