Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and reliable performers to join our team of Drama Teachers.
As a Perform Teacher, you will deliver high-quality weekly classes and holiday courses for children aged 4-12, using our unique curriculum of drama, movement, music and imaginative play. You will inspire children through engaging storytelling and creative activities whilst helping them develop the four key skills at the heart of Perform: Confidence, Communication, Coordination, Concentration
Our classes are fast-paced, structured and fun, providing children with a positive and nurturing environment in which to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Perform classes in accordance with company training and lesson plans.
Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Maintain high standards of teaching, professionalism and safeguarding.
Learn and rehearse scripts, songs and choreography as required.
Support performances, open workshops and special events throughout the year.
Represent Perform professionally at all times.
Job Requirements
Candidates must be a performing arts graduate.
Be able to act, sing and dance well (triple threat).
Love working with children.
Passionate about helping children develop through the performing arts.
