Production Manager

We are looking for an organised Theatre professional to support the Director of our small scale regional tour with production logistics
Responsibilities to include
– White Card Design Meeting – Early December
– Budget and price up the cost of set and props etc.
– Final Design Meeting January
– Leading and gathering/building if needed, any set bits
– Manage the creative team when issues come up.
– Lead weekly production meetings throughout rehearsals
– Attend the tech rehearsals and get the set in place with that, and manage all SFX and LX
– Manage the get in and get outs of the show at each venue with the stage manager and venue staff.

Role is budgeted at 4 weeks spread over the pre production and tour period on ITC base rate plus meal allowance.
This comes to £2863 for the role with expected work of 20 days over the period working 6 hours per day.
