Job Summary
Job Description
His Majesty’s Theatre is looking for someone to join their venue technician team. In this role you will carry out a wide range of carpentry and general maintenance works, to help maintain and future proof this historic venue.

Job Requirements
Carpentry skills and an appropriate qualification such as C&G 6706.
Knowledge & experience of inspecting and performing maintenance on fire doors.
Knowledge & experience of installing Fire Stopping and recognising where fire compartmentation requires improvement.
Ability to setup and run a basic external event, such as setting up a fast fold screen & projector.
Good working knowledge of the Health & Safety requirements associated with building maintenance.
The ability to build positive working relationships.
Proven ability to successfully balance a busy workload.
Ability to work either as part of a team or independently.
Willingness to challenge existing working methods and to recommend new working practices.
Knowledge of Construction and Design Management 2015.
Awareness of Technical Standards for Places of Entertainment.
