Visitor Experience Host – (Storyteller & Playmaker)

Experience of delivering & planning high-quality creative writing & arts workshops with and for young people.
Warmth, friendliness & enthusiasm, with a demonstrable ability to form positive & professional working relationships with participants, parents & carers, & other team members.
A playful, imaginative approach & a willingness to participate in storytelling & role-play.
A commitment to excellent customer service & creating positive visitor experiences.
Ability to thrive in a changing environment, & to work effectively on own initiative.
Good timekeeping, including timely & clear responses to emails, & the ability to take responsibility for yourself & others (including tidying away & ensuring all data has been inputted accordingly).
