The ELD District Resource Teacher assumes the vital role of ELPAC LEA Coordinator. This position involves spearheading the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) program at the district level. By coordinating assessment logistics, training educators, and ensuring adherence to state guidelines, the ELD District Resource Teacher contributes to accurate evaluations of English proficiency for diverse student populations. With expertise in English language development and assessment, this role supports both teachers and students in achieving language acquisition goals and maintaining compliance with language proficiency standards. Through collaboration, guidance, and meticulous coordination, the ELD District Resource Teacher plays an essential part in shaping effective language education strategies and equitable learning opportunities for all.
