Account Manager- Eastern Canada – Public Sector/Healthcare

Description & Requirements

The Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Infor products by nurturing and developing opportunities within net new and existing clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving both company and personal quotas. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans that provide leads, managing assigned accounts, and understanding customers’ business issues and design strategies. This individual has knowledge of and experience selling into the Canadian Public Sector and Healthcare related industries.

Territory: Eastern Canada 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Work closely with existing clients and new prospects to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the value, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients.
  • Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement.
  • Challenge your clients and prospects to think differently by developing compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans. Establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling technology business solutions into the Canadian Public Sector and Healthcare related industries.
  • Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships across an organization.
  • Experience managing software sales cycles.
  • Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
  • Experience working in a quota-driven role.
  • Travel 50% required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working within the Systems Integrator community.

Job Location: Remote Canada, (Toronto, Ontario)
