You will:
- Contribute to the development and help manage BPCT projects related to staff engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management and career development.
- Monitor BPCT project timelines, budgets, and milestones, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Support acquisition of consultants for BPCT to partner with in the design and implementation of the Division’s major initiatives and programs.
- Maintain effective communication with BPCT Management Team, team members, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and outcomes. Regularly update BPCT intranet pages.
- Provide technical and coordination support in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures that are under the responsibility of BPCT.
- Prepare reports, draft presentation materials, and create information materials on BPCT programs and initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of culture and talent initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all HR projects comply with legal standards and internal policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and reflected in your workplan.
Qualifications
You will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences and other related discipline preferably with advanced training.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in development institutions, international organizations, private or public institutions or consultancies.
- Familiarity working in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Creativity, dynamism, and ability to take the initiative are important traits for this role
- Proficiency in Excel and strong familiarity with databases and information systems
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
