Job Summary
Job Description
We are growing and are now seeking a motivated and organised part-time Administrator and Marketing Support to join our small team and support the day-to-day operations of Charnwood Arts alongside the Operations and Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to helping us fulfil our mission.
Hours: 8 hours per week (1 day), with potential to increase after 6 months
(hourly fee = £14ph = £5,700 per year)
Job Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent IT skills in applications such as MS Office and Google Drive, and proficient in using the internet as a resource.
Desirable
- Experience of using Facebook, Instagram and Mailchimp. Experience of using Adobe InDesign / Photoshop
- Experience of using Zoom and Teams
- An interest in the arts would be an advantage, but not essential
Personal Characteristics
- Competence in multi-tasking and the ability to use own initiative
- Articulate and able to communicate with written and verbal skills appropriate across a wide range of people.
- Ability to prioritise own work and manage time effectively
- Ability to work supportively and collaboratively within a small team
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly conscientious work ethic
