ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Human Resources OPPORTUNITY!NCH-Weeks Medical Center, Lancaster, NHWe are seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant with outstanding organizational, administrative and communication skills to join our Human Resources team. The position will play a key role in supporting the HR department and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.HR Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and/or other HR-related software preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
