This is a Freelance part-time position, around 25 hours per week during the busy season in the Summer.
The administrator is expected to reply to customer emails within 24 hours, working 6 days a week with flexible hours.
All systems are cloud based so the role can be conducted anywhere with a fast internet connection.
The successful candidate will need to attend meetings in London on occasion and regularly make on-site visits to the schools to keep up office presence with the instructors and use this time to record content for social media.
This role is paid at £13.50ph. The successful candidate will also be entitled to one free flying trapeze class per week.

– Excellent knowledge of working with social media platforms
– Previous experience in leisure management or e-mail-based customer service

– Interest in Circus and/or Flying Trapeze
– Enjoyment of creative writing
– A good eye for taking nice photos and videos for social media
– Love of coffee and/or doughnuts!
