Your expertise will ensure that maintenance and repair operations run smoothly, and you will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align inventory levels with customer needs. - Source and procure aftermarket aviation parts to support operational needs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Analyze inventory trends to forecast demands and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Comply with aviation industry regulations and uphold company procurement standards.
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents for accurate and efficient records.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to meet and anticipate customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation procurement, parts sourcing, or supply chain management (aftermarket experience preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of aftermarket aviation parts and relevant industry regulations.
- Proficiency in the ILS platform and inventory management systems.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Aviation Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
