Perform efficient set up, operation, handwashing, CIP, and sterilization of all ESL and aseptic filling equipment for production
Review upcoming production schedules to verify the necessary and correct materials are available
Verify package integrity and quality checks for all ESL and aseptic filling lines
Maintain documents for accuracy and completeness, providing clarification and direction to operators
Provide training to all filler operators as part of the new hire process or refresher training as needed
Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
