Tez Arts is an international boutique artist management and creative production company representing a select group of leading artists in the classical and multidisciplinary arts world.
Based in London, we develop and manage international careers for artists performing at the highest level, collaborating with major orchestras, venues, festivals, record labels and cultural institutions worldwide. Our work spans concerts, recordings, film and cross-disciplinary projects.
We are currently seeking an Assistant Artist Manager with 2-3 years of professional experience in artist management, orchestras, concert promotion or a related field.
Description of the Role
The Assistant Artist Manager supports the day-to-day management of artists and their projects.
Responsibilities include coordinating international engagements, managing touring logistics, liaising with orchestras, presenters and partners, assisting with contracts and project delivery, and supporting the long-term development of artists’ careers.
Working closely with senior management, the role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail and professionalism.
Skills & Experience Required
2-3 years of professional experience within the classical music sector (artist management, orchestra administration, concert promotion or similar)
Experience working directly with artists
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong interest in the international classical music and performing arts landscape
Additional languages and international experience are an advantage.
