Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of associates, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years in logistics or a related field, with a focus on operations and team management.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment, driving performance and fostering a positive work culture.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Competitive base salary of $24 per hour, with daily overtime opportunities.
• Schedule: Approximately 8 am to 9 pm, featuring 9-hour shifts; availability required 7 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
