Qualifications for the position include a Ph.D. degree (obtained within the last two years or expected completion within the next year) in Management Science, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field and a strong record or promise in research and teaching.

Successful candidates for the position must have:
• Proven research potential in operations management and/or business analytics.
• Ability to publish in top-tier journals and maintain a productive research agenda.
• Ability to effectively teach core decision sciences, operations management, and business analytics courses at the undergraduate and graduate (MBA, MMA, MSc, and PhD) levels.
• Proficiency in data science fields such as AI, machine learning and data visualization.
