Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Strategic Management or related field, or completion of Ph.D. within one year and have a strong record or promise in both research and teaching.

Successful candidates for the position must have demonstrated ability to:
 conduct research in the field of Strategic Management or International Management;
 publish in top-tier peer-reviewed academic business journals
 maintain a highly productive and coherent research agenda;
 effectively teach multi-section core strategic management courses including international strategy to undergraduate business students using a common course outline;
 communicate the relevance of their research to a business audience;
 work collaboratively and enhance a culture of inquiry, collegiality and creativity.
