Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on technology professional to help keep our digital workplace running smoothly and securely. This role focuses on managing Microsoft tools, cloud systems, and work devices so employees can collaborate easily and work without technical disruptions.

You’ll support day-to-day cloud operations, device management, and security controls, while also helping test small automation and AI tools that improve internal workflows.

This is a practical, operations-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, fixing issues, and making technology more reliable for users.

What you’ll do

Support Microsoft workplace tools

  • Manage Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams

  • Set up user access, permissions, and shared workspaces

  • Help resolve email, file access, and collaboration issues

Manage cloud systems (Azure)

  • Support Azure subscriptions, users, and access controls

  • Monitor system health, security, and usage

  • Help track cloud costs and follow internal standards

Manage laptops, devices, and security

  • Use Microsoft Intune to manage company laptops and devices

  • Apply security policies, updates, and software deployments

  • Ensure only secure and approved devices can access company systems

Support automation and AI pilots

  • Assist with testing simple automation and AI tools (e.g., document processing, workflow automation)

  • Help ensure tools are used securely and responsibly

Document and improve systems

  • Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and system records

  • Look for ways to reduce manual work and improve reliability

What we’re looking for

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in cloud administration, Microsoft 365 end-to-end administration, or similar technical roles.

  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and identity management, in an enterprise or multi-user environment.

  • Good understanding of cloud governance and security practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), cost tracking, tagging standards, compliance monitoring, and basic audit support within Azure and Microsoft 365.

  • Experience with modern endpoint and device management using Microsoft Intune, including enforcing security baselines, compliance policies, application deployment, patching, and conditional access.

  • Experience supporting collaboration and digital workplace platforms, ensuring system availability, performance, and a smooth end-user experience through effective configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution.

  • Working knowledge of cloud-based AI and automation tools, including Azure Cognitive Services, Power Platform, or similar services, with exposure to supporting pilot or proof-of-concept initiatives.

  • Ability to provide Level 2/3 technical support, diagnose and resolve cloud, device, and collaboration platform issues, and meet defined SLAs.

  • Strong documentation skills, including preparation of SOPs, runbooks, configuration documents, and basic architecture diagrams.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and continuously improve systems using monitoring, reporting, automation, and low-code tools to modernize digital workflows.

Preferred

  • Exposure to additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
