Position Overview
The Associate Director for the Graduation Approach is a newly created remote position focused on supporting our graduation and economic inclusion initiatives. This role reports to the VP of Programs and involves developing, standardizing, and delivering training on the graduation approach and economic inclusion for both internal and external stakeholders.
The Associate Director will collaborate with field-based program teams to effectively address contextual implementation challenges and seize opportunities. Additionally, this position will closely work with the business development team to write, review, and vet proposals. In coordination with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) team, the Associate Director will ensure we are utilizing and learning from the data and evidence generated through project implementation.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience, along with benefits for this full-time position. The successful applicant will join a dynamic, passionate, and multicultural team dedicated to alleviating extreme poverty.
