Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives;
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages employee engagement, collaboration, and professional growth;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations;
Oversee the HR operations, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and company policies;
Partner with business leaders to address workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management needs;
Lead the HR team in providing exceptional service to employees, addressing their concerns, and facilitating a positive employee experience;
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement;
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging HR technologies to drive continuous improvement in our HR functions.
YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant HR certification is preferred;
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of success in a large organization;
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;
Strong experience in unions relations within a manufacturing site;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results. Knowledge of local and international labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
