The position

You will play a key role in the team and the area and will be contributing to strategic team and project decision and represent the director in key for a as needed. You will be collaborating with various areas and functions globally and will be representing patients and HCPs needs in the projects. 

Your main responsibilities will be focused on:

  • Operating independently to lead strategic discussions and decision-making processes for CagriSema, a promising once-weekly GLP-1/amylin analogue currently in phase 3 development for weight management and soon for type 2 diabetes
  • Contributing to the publication and communication plan, interact with thought leaders in the field and make an impact on the future of diabetes treatment

The position will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark. In alignment with our Circular for Zero policy worldwide travel could be expected.

Qualifications

To be a competitive candidate, you should have:

  • A medical doctorate degree (MD) with minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (applications not meeting the criteria above, will not be considered for the role)
  • Experience within Medical Affairs or Drug Development 
  • Strong scientific understanding and ability to communicate complex data in a simple, accurate manner in the right context
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

On a personal level, you are an analytical thinker with strong decision-making skills, detail-oriented with a holistic vision, focused on patient and proactive, fast-paced and impact-driven. You have the ability to grasp complex problems and plan strategically and you are highly respective of other viewpoints, great collaborator and team player with a can do attitude.
