This is a senior leadership position, working in a fast-paced environment, and the successful
candidate will provide technical expertise, project management, and strategic guidance to
ensure the successful delivery of ecological consultancy services. This role involves leading
complex projects, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development efforts to
drive growth and innovation within the consultancy.

We are looking for an individual with a well-rounded ecological skillset, including extensive
experience and expertise in ecological consultancy, with a track record of success in project
management, technical leadership, and client engagement.

The following experience and skill sets are required:

success in project management, technical leadership, and client engagement.
  • Strong expertise in ecological survey techniques, impact assessment methodologies, and
regulatory requirements across a range of sectors and project types.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits.
