This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both on-site and remotely, providing flexibility and the chance to utilize your sales expertise within the aviation aftermarket sector. You will focus on driving sales, expanding market reach, and building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.Responsibilities:

  • Propel sales of aviation aftermarket parts by cultivating and nurturing robust customer relationships.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities to broaden market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely customer delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to balance customer satisfaction with the company’s profitability objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation sales or a related field; experience in aftermarket parts is preferred.
  • Strong grasp of aviation parts and the aftermarket industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
