DescriptionCTG is seeking to fill a Banking Services Operations Associate IV opening for our client in Amherst, NY.Location: Amherst, NY (hybrid remote)Duration: 3 months, potential to be extended long termOverview:Perform skilled clerical duties requiring moderate to complex analysis and use of judgment within assigned banking services department.Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily departmental workflow and may provide staff support via signing and verifying official check requests and general ledger entries.
• Research and resolve complex customer issues.
• Participate in project, process improvement initiatives.
• Interact with vendors for problem resolution.
• Guide or assist others in interpretation of legal and bank documents for internal processing.
• Responsible for multiple system, business and product lines.
• Participate on a limited basis in corporate compliance and legal matters regarding customer issues.
• Interact with internal partners and management for procedural issues.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Education and Experience Required:

• High School or GED.
• Minimum three years relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of banking industry.
• Excellent knowledge of computers and different platforms such as Excel, Outlook, Edge.

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Associate’s Degree.
• Five years office experience.
