Bar Supervisor

Essential:

• Experience of working in a customer facing hospitality role
• Barista experience
• An articulate communicator, with good literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability and confidence in managing a diverse team, treating differing views with discretion and diplomacy
• Proactive and flexible attitude, particularly in the approach to working hours and duties
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience of cashing up / dealing with the reconciliation of monies
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, make decision in the moment, and problem solve
• A confident approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
• Flexible, adaptable, and positive
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Desirable:

• An interest in the arts and/or experience of working in a theatre
• Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene
• First Aid qualification (training can be provided)
• Knowledge of licensing.
