We are currently taking applications/resumes for a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant for the Morgan City, LA and surrounding areas.Duties/Responsibilities may/may not be limited to the following:

• Responsibilities:

• Developments and implementations of personnel policies and procedures.
• Prepares and maintains employee handbook, policies, and procedures manual.
• Assists with developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Assist with benefits administration by communicating benefit information to employees including enrollment dates and changes to new plans.
• Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel.
• Conducts new employee orientations.
• Monitor career-pathing, performance, and development.
• Perform employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
• Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
• Work with management to seek out ways to reduce turnover.
• Safety Committee representative and maintain OSHA Logs.
• Manages workplace safety.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

• Qualifications:

• Bilingual skills a must
• Advanced knowledge of FMLA, EEO, Workers Compensation, OSHA, and ADA.
• Advanced skills in ethical conduct and confidentiality.
• Proficient problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Documents Required:

• Driver’s License/Identification
• Social Security Card/Birth Certificate

• MUST have reliable transportation
• Pay:

• $18.00 Per Hour
• Weekly Pay
• Pay Schedule: Monday – Sunday
