A leading provider of procurement solutions is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support company growth. The ideal candidate is a bilingual HR professional with strong organizational and communication skills and experience in recruiting, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. Through strategic planning and clear communication, the new leader will support business goals by managing HR programs and improving employee engagement while ensuring compliance and efficient HR processes.Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $110,000 – $125,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct HireResponsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate, concise, relevant, and complete information to the President & CEO for strategic planning purposes.
- Implement, administer, and design the interview process, training interviewers, and handling correspondence with candidates.
- Implement and administer programs in the areas of new employee orientation, employee development, coaching and counseling of employees.
- Negotiate and prepare new hires for the company.
- Prepare the annual budget of Human Resources for the company.
- Ensure that all Benefits are explained to the candidates and new hires.
- Administer medical, dental, life insurances, cafeteria plan, short/long term leaves.
- Administer the 401K program.
- Responsible for the administration of HRA.
- Ensure the full Government & Insurance Reporting.
- Ensure the correct administration of the Human Resources Information System.
- Educate staff regularly on Human Resources policies for the company.
- Coordinate/follow-up/maintain/complete records of company-sponsored visas for associates.
- Attend to employees request (verifications of employment, etc.).
- Administer health, safety, and security issues for the company.
- Prepare, as needed, for internal and external audit requirements related to Human Resources.
- Prepare employee termination notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind employee separations from the company.
- Responsible for the organizational chart of the company.
- Coordinate the culture survey.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal program.
- Organize internal workshops and internal training programs
- Supervise and mentor the HR Staff.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Computer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TimeStar, Internet, Power Point, Insperity Portal, etc.
- Math Skills Ability to calculate figures and amount such as discounts, commissions, proportion, percentages
