Job Description: • Supports the Billing and Credentialing Manager and other billing associates.
- Achieves maximum reimbursement for services rendered by mental health providers.
– Submits, tracks, and investigates insurance claims.
– Runs daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
-Collects payments from clients.
- Spends time on the phone with insurance companies:
– Determines reasons for denied claims.
– Resolves issues with claims.
- Creates and analyzes reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Reports directly to the Billing and Credentialing Manager.
- Requires adaptability to change and participation in daily meetings.
