The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The role combines strategic analysis with partnership development, offering the chance to build expertise across corporate, cultural and social impact sectors. The Business Analyst will lead analytical workstreams that shape client strategy, generate insight from research and translate findings into actionable recommendations for high-impact partnerships and campaigns. You will work closely with senior colleagues and Boster Group’s Founder and CEO to deliver high-quality client projects.
Background and Experience
Experience managing clients or stakeholders in results-driven environments.
Desirable: marketing, partnerships or sponsorships; consulting or agency experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
Exposure to financial services, tech or consumer brands; eager to learn about these sectors.
Passion for arts and culture; relevant experience valued.
Desirable: project management and event or content marketing.
Degree essential; further qualifications advantageous.
